Terraformed legacy AI infra into codified, 1-click upgrades across customer environments.
Reduced overall infra/tooling/token spend by ~80% through refactors and efficiency work.
Act as Forward Deploy Engineer: demos, deployments, debugging, on-call, and customer office hours.

Partnering with security and product to ship enterprise-ready features (auth, RBAC, audit) while keeping the open-source core stable and fast.
